How many coaching sessions do I need?

So that you can experience the full benefits of coaching, and to help you maintain momentum, I recommend booking a block of 6 sessions.

You can also book single sessions of 1 hour or 1.5 hours.

Will it be in person?

Many of my clients are senior level busy professionals for whom telephone or Skype sessions offer a welcome level of flexibility. However, we can also arrange to meet in person in the Milton Keynes or North London area.
